Kyle is now in Eureka

Hi to all of you - We had a nice weekend in Eureka. It is always wonderful to visit wiht Eric, Erin and family. There is a lot of excitment there with the wedding coming in June. I saw Sarah's dress, very pretty. They told me all about the plans they have made so far. Sounds like it will be very nice.

We got there very late on Friday night, oh, really Saturday morning. We headed over to Kyle's new place on Saturday about 1pm to unpack and see what other things he might need. You remember moving into your first place when you went away for school. There are always things that you don't think of when you are home, that you end up needing. We headed to the grocery store and did some shopping and then back to his place to put things away. We headed back to Eric's about 6pm and had dinner with them, they had cake for my birthday. Nice. We went to church at Kyle's new branch. We went there in April when we went up to visit and check things out. Kyle also attended there in June when he went up for a visit. It is a small branch with about 50-70 YSA. There were many people that remembered Kyle, so that was nice. After church we went to Eric's for dinner and hung out for a while. Kyle headed back to his place about 8pm. His first night there, he said it was kind of weird waking up in a new place. Monday Kyle came over and he and dad worked on his car and were able to get the back doors to lock and put on the wheel well cover. Then we all headed back to his place. It was kind of hard saying goodbye. I didn't realize how strong my apronstrings were. Guess it must be because Kyle is the last one to leave. He has emailed and called a couple of times. He is busy looking for a job. Fun task! Keep him in your prayers.

Hope everyone is doing well. All the kids are back to school now and the adults start soon. Hope it is a good school year for everyone.

Well, we love you all and miss seeing you as often as we would like.
Love, MOM
